Minor Piercing Policy
The minimum age for ear lobe piercings is 6 years old. We do NOT pierce infants
All other piercings start at 14, 16 or 18 years old depending on the location.
For those who are 6 to 15 years old, the state of Florida requires:
State Issued Photo ID card, School Photo ID, Military Photo ID or Passport
Birth Certificate
Parent Present with Matching ID (last names and address must match, if they do not match then a birth certificate is required) or Legal Guardian with documented proof of Court Approved Guardianship
For those who are 16 or 17 years old, the state of Florida requires:
State Issued Photo ID card, Driver License, Military ID or Passport
Birth Certificate
Parent does not have to be present as long as names match birth certificate and minor's id
***Older relatives, friends, etc are NOT legal guardians unless there has been a court ordered change of guardianship with documented proof. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS POLICY, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
